Administrative Systems Applications

This site is a central location with a consistent format for providing access to the University's Administrative Applications. In addition, entry to the individual applications is done in a consistent manner utilizing the Help Desk's OPM ticket system. Department Managers and other users now have a “one stop shopping” experience when a new employee is hired into their department. This site will answer questions of access procedures, provides links to training and documentation, and is maintained by the
Help Desk.

Account Information

All new employees are automatically issued a NetID, giving them access to their e-mail, Windows domain and Unix accounts.
To find a new employee's NetID, please use the Search Princeton page.

The applications listed on the left menu are additional accounts to which a new employee may need access. Each application has its own process for gaining access.
