University Business Applications

Forms to request access to University Business Applications

New Account Creation/Change Requests
When prompted, log in using your University netID and password.

New University faculty, staff and students
Follow the link above to activate your Princeton netID.
Departmental Computer User Accounts
This form is for accounts for temporary agency staff, volunteers and interns not paid by the University.
Departmental/Organizational Computer Accounts
This form is for new departmental functional accounts or authorized non-student organizational accounts only.
Exchange Accounts
This form is for creation and migration of Exchange accounts
Student Organization Accounts
This form is for the creation of official graduate and undergraduate organization accounts
Computer Privileges for Retirees
This DCU form should be used to request retention of University netID and e-mail
Computer Account Termination Request

Quota Requests
Use the Purchase Additional Quota form for the following systems:

Exchange Enhanced E-mail & Calendaring
SunONE Messaging (IMAP/Standard e-mail)
Central File Server (Individual space aka H: drive)
Windows Web Server (web.princeton.edu/sites folders)

E-mail List Requests
When prompted, log in using your University netID and password.

Service Requests
When prompted, log in using your University netID and password.
