Use the links below to access forms that process OIT requests for account creation, quota increase requests, hardware service requests, as well as other processes.

University Business Applications
New Account Creation/Change Requests
When prompted, log in using your University netID and password.
  • New University faculty, staff and students
    Follow the link above to activate your Princeton netID.
  • Departmental Computer User (DCU) Account Request
    DCU accounts for temporary agency staff, volunteers and interns providing work to the University but not being paid by the University. Termination of DCU accounts is determined by the sponsor (use online form in Account Closure section below).
  • Graduate Student DCU Request
    This form is for graduate students seeking temporary extension to allow for the completion of work. The form must be filled out by a department representative. All requests must be approved by Dean Murphy for the Science and Engineering departments or Dean Crittenden for all other departments. The written approval should be included within the form.
  • Undergraduate Student DCU Request
    This form is for the Dean of the College, or a Dean of a Residential College to grant account privileges for a limited period of time to an undergraduate student whose account is disabled or about to be disabled.
  • Service accounts - Create new account
    For new departmental functional accounts or authorized non-student organizational accounts only.
  • Room Resource Account Request Form
    For creating an Exchange resource account that will be used to manage the scheduling of a room.
  • Equipment Resource Account Request Form
    For creating an Exchange resource account that will be used to manage equipment like conference phones and projectors, for example.
  • Student Organization accounts
    This link provides information regarding the creation of official graduate and undergraduate student organization accounts.
  • Service/Resource Account Sponsor Change Request
    This form should be used to request a change of sponsor for a service or resource account.
  • Service/Resource Account Information Update
    This form should be used to update account information for a service or resource account, such as telephone number, address, etc.
Account Extension/Closure Requests
When prompted, log in using your University netID and password.
  • Account Closure Request
    This form should be used to request the closure of a service, resource or student organization account.
  • DCU Account Extension/Closure Request
    This form can be used to request the extension or closure of a DCU account. Termination of DCU accounts is determined by the sponsor.
  • HR Termination Form
    This form is used to process the termination or retirement of a DOF, HR, or PPPL staff member.
