Firestone Library circulates laptops and wireless network cards to students. This is a service exclusively for students. The following describes who to contact for technical support.
Solution:
If you have questions regarding the use and functionality of software installed
on the computers, please contact the OIT Help Desk.
All other issues should be directed to the Library Reserve staff at ext. 8-3224 or reserve@princeton.edu. The laptops and wireless cards are available from the Reserve Desk of Firestone Library for 5 hour check-out, but are not available for circulation overnight.
Wireless cards are now also available for loan at the Stokes Library and the Marquand Library of Art and Archaeology.
The Frist Welcome Desk also loans wireless network cards (not laptops). For information, see:
