The Enterprise Servers and Storage group will
upgrade QA load balancer (F5) on Thursday January
10th at 7:00 AM. We expect the process to take
30 minutes to complete. While no outage, beyond
QA services provided through the F5, is expected
during this upgrade, information technology
maintenance always presents the risk of
unexpected problems and there is a potential for
a short-lived network disruption. It is for this
reason that this maintenance is being announced.
