OIT is alerting the campus IT community to the fact that we are aware of anomalies with our identity management system that has led to the deprovisioning of a number of active University members (~30). We are currently working on restoring accounts services to those impacted and communicating with the affected. We are investigating the cause of the failures and will resolve the issue as soon as possible. We have taken steps to ensure no additional accounts will be deprovisioned until we identify and resolve the problem. We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused.
